Allpets

Small variety of products, good prices, okay staff although not very helpful, they keep their animals in tiny cages, especially the massive Syrian hamsters which are kept in very small, poorly ventilated fish tanks with barely any entertainment and enrichment. I am aware that in most other pet shops they keep their animals in cages not much bigger cages but the hamsters in those cages are babies, soon going to a new home. The hamsters at Allpets are clearly very old and therefore need a larger tank as this is practically a permanent home. They have had the same hamsters and other animals for over a year now which is stupid that they are still selling them. They should be for adoption since they are so old. The groomers is awful, they groomed my dog once (just clipped the fur on his face as it was in his eyes), we told them that he hadn't had all his vaccines so shouldn't be in contact with anything from another dog so what do they do but take a brush and a pair of scissors straight from a dirty Westie without even wiping them and start cutting his hair. I know some other people who's dogs came back from there with FLEAS. This place should be shut down. It's not even clean, I can understand that a pet shop is going to smell of animals but this one smells like it hasn't been cleaned since OPENING!

Very friendly and helpful staff no problems at all willing to go the Extra mile to help.
