Got my first leather jacket last Friday and the guys and girls in the shop were so helpful! I'll definitely be going back again, and the leather jacket is amazing aswell really happy with the quality! Some people complain about the prices but if you want top quality clothes then this is the place.
Worth every penny!! 👍👍

I once paid £80 quid for a t-shirt here, wore it on my next night out, got drunk and gave it away to a homeless person... it was a nice top though.

The worst customer service I have ever had,not to mention the racial abuse from staff in store
I usually spend about £1000 a month with all saints, and had to return some items at the Manchester store,
The look of disapproval and by the member of staff, like I've got to do this on a Monday morning, i think he might of been a manager or something, as he was bossing other members of staff around, he spoke to me with no manners, no customer service, racial said to another member of staff, can you serve this white guy,what's that got to do with it,as your mixed racist,took the guy almost 1hr to just return some clothes
No member of staff helped me while I tried other items on, while i killed time,I must of had over 10 items in my hand, and no help by staff,
The staff at Trafford store are excellent, they can't do enough for you,I think the regional mangers need ed to have a look at city centre store, and praise the Trafford store, unfortunately I won't be returning my business no more.

Welcoming and very helpful staff, clean store with clothes nicely displayed. Will return to buy a leather jacket for sure.
