I am very happy with the services offered by Allsopp & Allsopp. I had a great experience working with their team, Bradley and Rachael proved to be responsive, friendly and helpful with all my queries during a 6 month contract tenancy. Even during the lockdown they found solutions and kept their customers happy, always being professional and dedicated to their work.

From the beginning everything went really great, how somebody would expect it from a quality agency. Starting with the viewings (Bradley) and the consequent renting (Rachael), every response was fast and a solution for any issues could be reached in time. Even when a solution could not be reached right away, the guys kept me updated which I really appreciate. Keep up the good work!

Pros
Being in the middle of a crisis can be challenging for anyone, especially when trying to move out and in a new property on schedule. Somehow Allsopp & Allsopp managed to do this for us. From the moment we contacted them about the house we wanted, they made sure set up 3 different contact options, so the process of moving could be easier and quick to make the proposed move in date.
I would specifically like to mention Rachel L as she took us on and was able to liaise with the landlord making us more favourable and was on point with responding, even when she didn’t have the information she let us know how far things had progressed, so we weren’t left in the wings. Even in difficult circumstances she found the time in her day to respond.

Cons
Downside to our move in would probably be that the property wasn’t given a thorough check down from the landlord, which we led to believe it was. With the economy starting back up again, we are slowly but surely working with Allsopp & Allsopp so the landlord can examine the property instead from video.

We engaged Allsopp and Allsopp to market for letting 2 properties in the Coventry area, after having these properties with 2 other local estate agents for a few months without any success. We are so impressed by Jack and the lettings team with their very professional approach. We were always kept up-to-date with progress via their notifications and feedbacks system. This week especially, how they have managed to obtained offers and completed all the paperwork so that the tenants were able to move in within a week of viewing and placing an offer on the property!
