About Allward Counselling Care
I provide short or long term counselling for young adults & adults, who are experiencing issues that are affecting their daily lives.
Allward Counselling Care Description
In life we can experience many difficult times and the thoughts, feelings and reactions that accompany them can be terrifying, which can make us feel foolish and very alone.
When your mind feels cluttered with indecision and you don't know which way to turn, it may be hard to keep going. Together we can explore all your dilemmas. I am here to support you through the mist, to unlock the emotional tools you need to enjoy life again, where you can feel inner contentment and see your way ahead with more clarity.
What to expect in your counselling session
As your counsellor, I can offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, free from external pressures, where our growing therapeutic relationship could enable you to build trust and confidence once again. This allows you to express your fears, and provides you with the ways to explore and develop your own awareness of implementing positive changes within your life.
How I can work with you
My main approach is Person-Centred and I work in an integrative way, combining various therapies including; Cognitive Behavioural and Compassionate Focused Therapy into our sessions. Which means I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, that are tailor made to suit your individual needs and guide you emotionally to a better place.
I work with a wide range of clients and we can work together long or short term, to find solutions to your dilemmas.
