Went last night. Brilliant night, lovely surroundings, great atmosphere, tasty food, very friendly service and cocktails to die for...what more could you ask for. Well recommended.

Had dinner afternoon tea and cocktail making over the weekend all were absolutely fantastic!! There were a few issues with our booking that were not the restaurants fault but we're fixed with no problems atol. Tim the manager is an asset to the place he was AMAZING!! So helpful and accommodating definetly helped make our weekend !! X

Had an amazing time over the last Bank holiday weekend (26th May) and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed afternoon tea and came back to party that evening. Brilliant night and were looked after by both the staff here and at Signature Livings Mullhulland Bar.

Came for Sunday Lunch wasn't expecting much but this place really surprised me. The food was delightful and accompanied by the talented gospel singers, I just could not have had a better time. Possibly a new Sunday tradition for me.

Booked the Lady Chapel for my sisters hen do wow what a night couldn't have been any better the staff were lovely the drinks package the Rio carnival was out of this world would highly recommend.

Amazing venue in the heart of Liverpool! Enjoyed every second of being there. The interior is so decadent and spectacular and the cocktails are some of the best in Liverpool! Highly recommend! A real gem.

11 of us went for one of my best friends Hen Do’s for afternoon tea & we absolutely loved it!! Awesome place, great atmosphere and the food & drink was lovely! Thank you so much & will definitely be coming back again! � Xxxx

Attended with hen party for 2 course meal and cocktail making on Saturday 30th June. Good food and attentive waiter. Big shout out to Jon our cocktail master he was fantastic and really made sure we all (12 of us) had a great experience. Great guy! 👍

Place was filthy, tables all sticky and full of spills. Cigarette burns and holes in the seats. Slow to be served AND the man that served us did nothing but moan about how he should be on his break when he was making our drinks. One of the cocktails was a very bad flavour and undrinkable (plus it should of had popping candy on it but it didn’t and nobody said sorry, we’ve got none. Really changed a lot since I went last about 18 months ago. Won’t be bothering again.

Good atmosphere at the start of the night. Food nice, waiters good, great music for an hour as night got underway at around 10.30. That’s where the good stuff ends, ordered keys rings from photographer, no show after taking our money. Bill- charged us for extra bottle of fizz, didn’t take off the £60 deposit we had already paid so if we haven’t have noticed would have been overcharged by £110. The show wasn’t a show, just a few dancers dancing the same as everyone else. We did have a good time but overall let down by the management.

We visited last night for my mums hen do it was awful toilets were disgusting and absolutely stunk, we pre ordered our meals yet they were still all wrong then when we finally did get what we ordered it was cold and inedible an absolute waste of money. I most definitely won’t be recommending or ever coming back! Also to add a surcharge for such appalling survive is absolutely disgusting!!

Glass all over the floor. Bathroom was filthy and extremely rude staff and DJ.

Stood watching the dancers and fire show at the bottom of the alter near the candle display when an extremely rude bar manager (he had an ear piece in) shoved me into the candle display to get passed me...I let that go untill on his way back through he did it again....I tapped him on the shoulder gently to politely ask him please not push me as hard as he had when he leant forwards towards my face intimidating me and told me to fuck off!!!

Not the kind of behaviour I am used to at all. I found it aggressive and intimidating. I'm only 5f 2 and of small build and went flying twice. I will not be returning and suggest you retrain staff in customer relationships. I understand people have a job to do and your busy but this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. I'm sure if I'd have fell into the candle holder it would have been a very different story. �

Thinking it would be a busy night (it wasn’t!) Paid in advance for a booth for a group of us for a Birthday. The table of the Booth was full of glasses & not wiped / sticky from the previous people who were asked to move off for us. The ‘Booth’ was opposite the toilets & next to a person doing face paint so each time one of us got up to go the bar etc other people then immediately sat next to us on the bench waiting for the Face paint or someone coming from the toilets! The Bar was next to us but we got told by the Bartenders that we would have to walk around to get served (as all night no one came to take a drink order from the booth) The Bartenders were good despite this. Ive since sent emails & had contact with Eleanor (who was trying her best to be helpful) she said ‘Gary’ (the manager) would be in touch - that was early March & we’ve never heard anything more. Therefore Alma de Cuba can’t say we are impressed & we won’t recommend or be back.
