The group has been formed to deliver the benefits of an "all round capability" by bringing together a number of complementary furnace engineering and alloy fabrication companies with histories going back to 1917. Our multi skilled team of experienced engineers enables ALMOR to meet most heat treaters' needs from the design and supply of new equipment through responsive service and support to process plant re-engineering. ALMOR's unique capability is relied upon daily by many blue chip companies, for whose requirements ALMOR continues to develop new products and services. In August 2015 Wellman Furnaces (established 1904) was acquired by the Almor Ltd and is now known as 'Almor Wellman'. Almor's enhanced furnace engineering team will underpin Almor Wellman and Almor Wild Barfield Furnace divisions provding a portfolio of new furnace installations along with enhanced after sales support and service. Almor Limited has 3 factories in Nottingham, Tipton in the West Midlands and Huthwaite in the East Midlands.
