recently visited here on a shopping trip to liverpool and have never had a nicer burger and loaded fries . the portions were that big they done two of us and the kids we will be back on our next trip over

We went for my husbands birthday and loved it!! I've been to the one in Manchester before but never been to this restaurant.

Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. I'm pregnant and asked for a non alcoholic beer which she had to get chilled especially and gave us for free as it wasn't on the menu!

The food was awesome and there is so much choice! The BBQ sauce was banging and everything was so tasty! Would've loved to have tried a shake but was waaaay too full up! Will have to go again after we've had the baby so I can try the cocktails and have room for more food 😁

We went as a group of 18 on a hen night yesterday (11th may) cannot fault the place!! Management have been brill from the start, getting back to us quickly. The staff where brilliant, all so friendly and ensured we all had a fantastic time, we did a cocktail masterclass which included a meal (amazing value for money) can't thank them enough, made kims day!! She needs er made the night do ha ha ha!!!

Staff were lovely & very professional my daughter has a sever egg & nut allergy and they went above & beyond to fit her needs even letting her bring her own pizza in as everything contains or has been cross contaminated with egg or nuts( the time of ringing they didn’t realise this). They then gave her a bag of goodies, she was a happy girl too she wrote them a note to say thank you as we was leaving! Food was also amazing.

I popped in Wednesday and had the lunch offer of a burger, fries and beer for a £10 - bargain!



had a laugh on lunch and the waitresses were amazing and the manager lead by example, even got a hug from the attractive waitress as leaving - what more could you ask for really?

First time at Almost Famous for dinner. The service was friendly and timely. The pig and waffles fries were to die for and my liberty burger was also tasty. Nice cocktail on the side also. We both enjoyed it.

Chilled place, chilled staff, good vibes, good food. Fries were a little cold but the flavor made up for it. The staff were cool unlike most other places. I don't like having staff in other restaurants coming up 5 times a minute asking if the food is good they just let me and my mate eat it and finish it in peace.

It would of been a 5 but my burger was still raw inside but to be told thats how it is but the rest of my table had it cooked with no pink in it . I asked for it to be changed and they did no problem, apart from that it was a realy good place and so relaxed atmosphere. Will be going back staff were excellent.

Well table service. Not that good had to get my own drink ask to order my own food then ask to pay my own bill sat bie bar when I ask for a different. Table was refused. So had to do with wot was offered. So will not go again food was lovely. Thoe just a shame I felt like I walk in me mates house and it was just like sort ya self out

Food we had was tasty, although the burger could of been doing with a little more cooking for my liking,.. was wondering why my mouth was burning then realised it had Piri Piri Mayo on it , but was good, boyfriend enjoyed his a lot. I had the cherry bomb drink.. omg it was heaven! Service was okay got asked if all was okay, just was a little slow at the end once asking for the bill and to pay, but on the whole a decent meal which was enjoyed :) thanks!

But burger and fries were cold I sent the fries back and they came back nice and warm, couldn't then also send burger back as felt cruel so had to scrape all the cold toppings off the burger to be able to eat it. Gutted. I Did tell the waitress afterwards I was unhappy however nothing was done to make the visit any better?.

Used to love this place, really gone down hill. Long wait for food despite being half empty. Snotty staff, doorman constantly on his electronic cigarette with the door open to the restaurant. Would have preferred McDonalds at a fraction of the price.

Before I start, I’d like to say first the girl who served us was lovely and couldn’t fault her so thank you.

There was only one girl serving who I could see so I waited for a minute or two to catch her attention when my boyfriend said ask someone behind the bar. There was 4/ possibly 5 of the staff just stood there talking while this one girl was doing the rounds and actually working. I shouted over the music “is there nobody else serving here other than her?” They just stood and stared in complete shock that someone had questioned them for doing nothing.



Now I’ve worked as a waitress and I now work in sales and honestly it’s just the poorest customer service I’ve ever come across. The staff for the life of them could not be bothered. Plain and simple. Instead of one of them coming over they found another lad who seemed busy and made him deal with it. He was lovely so thank you to him.



Won’t be returning and again from someone who’s worked in this industry your staff on this particular night are just lazy �

Something's seriously gone wrong with your online booking system tonight. Booked a table for 6 people tonight at 6pm a week ago- turned up and my name isn't even on the list. Told to wait at the bar and get seated in 20 minutes. There's a large crowd of people at the bar who have had the same problem. Seated 40 mins after arrival, then had to ask someone to actually come to take the order because we had been sat around a 4 person table (6 of us) for 10 minutes with zero attention. Got told it was a 30 minute wait for food, so we would've ended up eating at 7.15 for when booked for 6pm!! Walked out in the end and went to a fast food restaurant down the road because we were going to be late to the gig we're going to. We've come from miles away, all around the country for a reunion in the city we all lived together in, and you've let us down completely. Your staff offered no solutions, no apology and told us the reason for the error was because a party of 30 had trumped us! Could've just told us there were no tables when we tried to book instead of messing us about. Get rid of your online booking company because they're crap. Retrain your staff. Won't be coming back sorry guys- first experience and it's about as bad as it gets

Really dissapointed. Just left after waiting 45 mins for a table we booked online. 10 mins to be served at the bar. The hostess was clueless and just shrugged offering no solution. Looking at several empty tables but told it's a 30 minute wait as other tables had booked ahead... Couldnt stay as this would make us late for the gig we were seeing. Several other parties experiencing the same issue. The second time I've been let down by almost, the other time in Manchester. Almost good but mostly terrible. Spend less time being cool and more time on quality of service.
