I went in late on Sunday afternoon - I waited less than an hour. The nurses were kind and very helpful, but wanted me to see a doctor. The whole experience was excellent- wonderful care and service. Now, hopefully on the way to recovery! So grateful.

User

I thought it was excellent everything was explained to me and I was treat with kindness and respect from going in to coming out

User

I am very proud to work here not many of the right sort of people actually see inside before they comment, all hospitals get tared with the same brush, but they can be so different

User

Fell off my horse today and went to Alnwick Infirmary as worried i had damaged my shoulder. Full assesment ans xrays done very quickly back home with a srung AP joint. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff!!

User

Fantastic service, I got seen very quickly and free parking

User

Amazing care from staff on the Day surgery ward. Felt like a 5 star hotel !

User

Personally it could have been quicker. When we arrived the Small Injuries Unit was empty, yet we still sat there for nearly an hour before my husband was seen by a nurse. Once he was seen though, everything progressed at a reasonable rate, and his problem was dealt with.

User

My 16yr old son had his reconstruction knee surgery here on the 10th Feb.Strange location to have it but that turned out not to be the problem first your not aloud to sit with your SON

Your told you can wait in canteen or hospital conservatorie then when popping back to see how my son was off surgery/recovery told you can have 2 mins then you'll have to go what the **** really. Then popped bk only to be told he's not ready come back in an hour. This time he was in the process of being discharged good I hear you say but wait Yet again told just wait in waiting area.could if lost it big time by now by a trumpeted up little ward sister.my complaint and very disgruntled fact here is my son just out of surgery ,drugs in system 16yrs old and giving him instructions on medication which included morphine REALLY not to mention what he can and can't do not only this but not once was I told explained too to how the operation went nor what they mentioned to do is this a secret what a shambles and utter disgrace by this point am thinking well hold on if I as a parent am sitting around as if I don't belong

WHY IS IT YOU NEEDED MY CONSENT FOR HIS BLOODY SURGERY WHEN I WAS TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE
