As a professional, an expert in the field of personal safety and the psychology behind those who commit crime I have an exceptional understanding of the processes needed to be taken for self development in youths, young adults and adults who are involved with Anti Social Behavior, Re-offending and High Risk. I was given my status as an expert in personal safety by an MEP sitting in the house of Commons in 2014. Since the late 2013 almost 200 students have participated in the "keeping yourself Safe" workshop, showing an increase in positivism, feeling more confident, learning new things and feeling safer. This also included 1-1 session showing a change in character and having a more positive and social approach to life reducing the person risk and offending level. I would also like to take this opportunity to start working with Victims of Crime and help them understand. After collaborating all the feedback and results I have been able to identify key areas and key approaches to delivering these results.
