WOW!!! Like so many others I was in formed by my local opticians that my Oakley sunglasses were beyond repair. I was gutted. I did a quick internet search and came across AlphaOmega and I must say I'm glad I did. Sent them off Monday and received them back Thursday AS GOOD AS NEW!!!

Snapped part of the frame and the lens had fallen out. Did a google search and these guys were top, saw the reviews on this page and decided to give them a try. Sent my glasses off on Monday afternoon and got them back Wednesday morning, good as new. Tyvm!

Sent my wife's glasses in Thursday and they are back as good as new today (Saturday).



The optician said they were broken beyond repair but I googled and found these guys and they are awesome!

My designer glasses were broken beyond repair - or so ALL of the High Street Opticians told me - not wanting to part with another £400 I sent them to AlphaOmega - am I glad I did - I sent them 4pm on Friday evening via Special Delivery - received back today (Tuesday) 10am by Special Delivery. My specs are fixed and all for £19.99 plus postage

Incredible speedy service and professional repair back in 2 days. The optician said the hairline fracture where the bridge joined the frame could not be mended and I should buy a new pair of glasses. I didn't know repair was possible until I googled Alpha Omega and was a little bit scared about putting my essential glasses in the post. The repair was hardly visible and now I have saved a few hundred pounds and have my favourite glasses back as good as new. Would HIGHLY recommend. Thank-you for saving my life!!

I ripped a screw out of the frame in an accident (the part holding the lens into the frame) and ruined the thread in the hole so it couldnt screw back together again at all. Alpha and Omega fixed this, replaced the other side with a matching screw and straightened the frame up perfectly so the glasses actually fit better than when new! Initially went to Specsavers where the frames were from and they were unable to do anything with them, so very pleased with the service and value from this company.

I broke the hinge from my glasses which were quite expensive due to the lenses and was told they could not be repaired.I checked online and found reviews for alphaomega repairs so i contacted them.They were extremely helpful and my glasses were repaired within a day of sending them I would have received them back the next day but it was a public holiday.I was charged £20 plus postage.I do not write reviews generally but felt this service was fantastic therefore if anyone has broken their glasses they should contact them..I am a very satisfied customer.

Great service! Less than 48 hours from posting broken glasses to receiving them back as good as new! The optician couldn't/wouldn't repair or replace the frame. Praise to Royal Mail too.

Don’t normally leave reviews but the service was ridiculously good that I have to! Very impressive would highly recommend. Replaced my scratched Ray-Ban lenses with identical replacement authentic lenses and posted back within 24hours including the Ray-Ban receipt.

Bought a pair of Oakley's, had them for a week then my daughter stood on them and snapped the hinge.. 3 years later I find them in a box during a house move and decided to research a repair.. found AlphaOmega, posted them on Monday and got them back fully repaired 2 days later!
