Alsaihati Intercultural Center (SIC) is the first intercultural center in London and is dedicated to the promotion of multiculturalism and integration through promoting tolerance, peace and understanding. It aims to be a place for everyone to come and learn about different cultures, in the hope of creating one community that understands and respects all cultures. It focuses on 12 different aspects of culture: Education, Art, History, Music, Poetry, Fashion, Literature, Traditions, Values, Cuisine, Beliefs and Achievements. the first intercultural center in london to deliver training programs, educational courses, business consultancy & events focusing on different cultures to show and educate about diversity to create one community that understands and respects all cultures. SIC helps companies and corporates to understand their workforce, understand the communities they work in and be more flexible to accept and adopt any changes brought by different cultures. Alsaihati creates customized training programs for clients, including but not limited to: cultural awareness, diversity training, Intercultural business communication skills and cross-cultural corporate interactions. Alsaihati Intercultural Center provides comprehensive training in corporate multiculturalism for both individuals and organizations around the globe. The team consists of an interdisciplinary group of academics, consultants and trainers from various cultural backgrounds with expertise in cross-cultural communication and international relationsOur mission is to help individuals, academics, companies and organizations enhance the effectiveness of their work environment by creating a culture of respect and acceptance, promoting diversity and human rights, fostering cooperation between people from different backgrounds, respecting cultural values, generally improving working relationships with all employees, contractors, suppliers and clients /customers. The Alsaihati Intercultural Center offers students and academics opportunities to explore cultural backgrounds, to develop the skills needed for intercultural communication, to provide access to cultural knowledge and materials, and to make cultural learning relevant to personal experiences.
