Hello, my name is Denise Bevon, I am a holistic therapist who has 20 years experience in the field.

I have been involved in the field of Complementary Therapies for almost twenty years and have been fortunate to witness its continuing evolvement. These ancient therapies which are fast becoming a part of the Modern World do not replace orthodox medicine but can assist and support by energising, balancing, and creating wellbeing.

The therapies I work with are Reflexology, Reiki, both as a practitioner and as a Master /Teacher, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facials.

Many years ago I experienced a number of treatments for myself, and before long I was feeling and seeing the improvement in my wellbeing. I was fascinated in the history of these ancient therapies and how they took into consideration the whole of a person not just a symptom. I was excited and intrigued and couldn’t wait to learn more about them. I have a great belief and passion in what I do and have seen how it has helped me, my family and the many people I have had the pleasure and privilege to meet.

High levels of stress can often lead to a wide range of health conditions. Stress seems to be accepted as part of today’s modern living but as a therapist I know that being under this constant pressure can have a huge impact on a person’s immune system resulting in chronic conditions that can take a great deal of time to recover from.

Complementary Therapies can help towards reducing stress and releasing negative tension and toxins from the body encouraging a restful sleep, promoting a wonderful feeling of peace and wellbeing. If you sleep well, feel balanced and energised then you function better.

I belong to the Clinical Association for Reflexologists and the UK Reiki Federation. Being a member of these regulatory bodies ensures that I continue with my personal development by attending workshops and courses keeping my knowledge up to date and allowing myself to learn new techniques that my clients are going to benefit from.
