0 stars!! Shocking customer service Mark suggested my feet are dirty!!! Real nice comment to a first (and last) customer. so rude on many many levels!!!!!

wouldn't refund a pair of shoes but acknowledged that hadn't been worn!!

Didn't response to 3 emails and argued that they had even been sent!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!!!

Fantastic service.
Grabbed a pair of heels for work, on clearance. Easy to navigate site, and very helpful.
Got them in two days! Dispatched the day after I ordered. Got a text on the day of the delivery telling me the time and the driver arrived right on schedule!
Will definitely be using again.
P.s the shoes are also beautiful!

Worst customer service ever. Not possible to contact with seller after purchase. Phone always not answer.
