Alton Chamber of Commerce & Industry exists to support, promote and lobby on behalf of businesses and organisations in the local area (Alton, Hampshire, UK). We give businesses a voice, allowing us to make a difference to your business's success and profitability. Part of our role is to promote Alton and the local area, encouraging tourism, business and investment. We work with local councils and other partners to this end, as well as our direct involvement in running town centre events. We hold regular monthly meetings where you can meet like-minded businesspeople to network and socialise. We also have a printed quarterly magazine where members can advertise and write, allowing you to get your business known in the area. There are several industry-specific groups within the Chamber, focusing on retail, commerce, tourism and hospitality. All types of business and local organisations can join and are able to ask the Chamber to tackle at issues that are of concern. We strive to develop the Chamber in our efforts to offer more services to members and to get more things done to benefit members. We are members of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, offering our members a greater range of products and services.
