We stayed in the magical enchanted village and dined at the crooked spoon. The rooms were lovely and clean, ALL the staff at Alton Towers, from "check in" to the theme parks were amazing and really friendly. We loved the overnight stay and would love to do it all again.

We only did the low ropes, and that was tricky! safe to say, I'm not sure on heights. Kids loved it. They went zooming off. Will definitely book again next time we stay over.

We had the most amazing time. It was our first time. The staff were friendly, helpful and very safety conscious. I would highly recommend anyone trying this the staff are with you the whole way round the course. Arjay and Karl were fantastic support and I have completed a form with Merlin to give each one a gold star

This was an excellent activity. Staff were very knowledgable, helpful and patient. We used both courses and were very good and worth the money. If you've never been on one before I'd advise to try the low course first. The high ropes are very high and a bit daunting if it's your first time.

This was amazing. We all loved it. Matt the instructor was very good.

The enchanted village is so lovely its all cute little houses that look like hobbit houses and inside they are lovely especially for children with fairy doors and lovely decoration in their room. The crooked spoon is a lovely restaurant and the whole way it is set out is very good really well done for little ones, only downside as usual with Alton Towers is the price it is expensive if you can get a good deal like we did then it's great �

My partner and I took both kids yesterday. We loved every minute even if we were a tad scared. Staff are brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and patient. 5* from us. Thanks. ��

My daughter and I completed the low ropes and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were good explaining everything to us both.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff that worked last night as they made my son Jacks birthday so special and where absolutely amazing !! I would highly recommend this place and will be returning!!

Yearly visit and stay! All I can say is wow! Standards have dropped. Toilets very dirty, baby changing dirty!! Booked into the enchanted village to find the room still dirty! Alton Towers need to get a grip on basic hygiene. Disappointed and will be considering going else where in the future

Our experience was far from great at the enchanted forest lodges. I had booked a cot bed for my 1 year old son which was not in the room on arrival after asking 3 times we still never received the cot bed. This resulted in my little boy having to sleep on the bottom bunk which was far from ideal as it meant I couldn't settle all night in case he fell out of the bed. I also thought the rooms would be decorated more however they are very basic. My partner then asked for an iron board and iron and stated we were going for dinner so needed it by a certain time which then arrived 5 mins before we were due at the restaurant which was a 10 minute walk away. Each time we tried to call the reception there was a very long wait before anyone answered. These lodges are far from worth the money we spent to stay here and definitely wouldn't stay here again.
