Good morning all, we would like to kindly remind you that our Park is temporarily closed to help limit the spread of the coronavirus. We know these are difficult and uncertain times but would ask you to please continue to follow government guidance and not travel to our parks. Our car parks and gates are all closed and parking in gateways, on verges and in surrounding villages can cause a hazard on the roads and for key workers.
Please exercise from home and help protect each other, and we look forward to when we can welcome you back to the park.

COVID 19 UPDATE 22.03.2020
🛑 We’ve sadly taken the decision to close all of our water parks and all areas at Alton Water along with all activities to the public with immediate effect to help limit the spread of coronavirus. None of our car parks will be open and all tracks and gates are closed. Public access is not permitted in any areas. 🛑
We had hoped to keep our green spaces open, but the wellbeing and safety of our customers, visitors and colleagues is the most important ...thing at this time.
We would encourage everybody to follow the Government’s advice to social distance and not travel wherever possible to protect the most vulnerable in our communities.
We understand customers have a wide range of products, permits, memberships and annual passes with us that cover a wide range of activities. Finding a solution to managing these product issues on such a large scale isn’t something we have done before and we want to ensure any changes and refunds can be processed as easily as possible. We will be in touch with you as soon as we can with further details.

COVID 19
Good morning all
While it is wonderful to see many of you out enjoying the park and the sunshine may we politely remind you to follow good social distancing guidelines.
... We are committed to keeping our green spaces open for people to find respite, exercise and get some fresh air during this time but we must all act responsibly and follow the guidelines on keeping our distance.
We respectfully ask that you follow these guidelines on our sites to allow us to keep access over this time.
🛑 Avoid crowded areas
🛑 Use the parks for a walk, bike ride, fishing or watersports only
🛑 Visit only for a short period
🛑 Do not bring picnics and congregate on site eat and drink at home

Current Updates as of 20.03.2020
Despite the recent uncertainty, we know lots of people will still want to get outside if they’re able to. Currently, the green spaces at our waterparks are open, and as of 21.03.2020 we will be making all our car parks temporarily free of charge. We would like to encourage our visitors to take in the sights of our water parks and enjoy the fresh air. However, we urge everyone to continue to follow to the Government advice on social distancing ...during their visit. Over the coming weeks we will do everything we can to keep providing this benefit to you and the communities who use our parks. We want to continue giving people access wherever possible.
- Fishing across the parks are open - Our Watersports centres at Rutland and Alton are open however our changing rooms have been closed. - Mini Golf at Rutland and Alton are open - Alton Cycle Hire is open - All cafés and restaurants are closed to ‘stay in’ visitors. We will be offering takeaway services from kiosks and the mobile catering unit at Grafham and Alton Water
There are a number of measures we’ve put in place to help keep our staff and visitors safe and well: 1. 1 in, 1 out policy in all of our shops and centres 2. All of our toilets are regularly stocked with soap and tissues, please keep washing your hands as much as possible! 3. Our doors are left open where possible and safe to do so and we’ll be disinfecting the door handles regularly where they’re not? 4. All equipment will be disinfected between use. This includes all sports and water sports equipment (bikes, golf clubs, water vests etc.) 5. The number of people moving in and out of changing rooms will be limited. .
