A self catering retreat set in 16 acres of stunning private land on the River Esk in North Yorkshire. The retreat is a beautiful and comfortable place for reflection and relaxation. An executive coach Stephanie Spink, is available to provide individual coaching sessions, if you choose, during your stay. Being away from the pressures and demands of the workplace may be sufficient to help regain perspective and make decisions, coaching provides the support that might be necessary. A full health check is also available from a qualified GP. The farm is designed for an individual, couple or family to find work life balance and peace.
