He drafted the corporate governance statement. • From June 2009 to date, assisting international conglomerate with specific responsibility for its Spanish development property interests. Previous Positions and Assignments• Board member and chair of the audit committee of Ruffler Bank plc from March 2007 to May 2009, when the company was sold to an MBI backed private equity. • From September 2007 to April 2009, advisor to mid-tier law firm which had grown rapidly by way of acquisition. He assisted in bringing the infrastructure to a level that matches turnover, changed the senior management team, significantly improved time recording, invoicing and credit control procedures thereby reducing lock up by 45 days; improved quality of management reporting and the appraisal system and, in this economy, focussed the firm on core markets which may be counter cyclical. As a consequence, the firm's profitability and cash flow has significantly improved. . . .
