The focus is on the mindset, process and skills required for effective leadership. Personal 1: 1 coaching to support developmental transition and increase personal effectiveness. Team Awareness and Communication - to understand how the different personalities fit together and the strengths that each member contributes to improve communication and engagement and build trust. Team Effectiveness - to build awareness and enable open discussion of collective aspirations and challenges.
