My first experience of reflexology and have already booked my next session.

I wasn’t a great believe in reflexology but after three sessions I’m a complete convert. Amanda puts you at ease and explains everything about what is happening. I had high blood pressure and a lot of tension, reflexology really makes a difference for me.

Amanda has been treating me for arthritic joints - and to say it's cured it would be technically incorrect - but it certainly feels like it!! The relief is instant, and it lasts between sessions, so I am arthritically-speaking, pain free now!
