If every person demonstrated a little more kindness, picked up some litter and swapped a choclate bar for an apple, the suttle changes would have a ripple effect on the rest of the world and we would start to live in a better place. Whenever I have those Monday blues, this is the quote I remind myslef of, if you're not happy with your world, change it, even the little changes can have a big effect.
