Do not waste your hard earned cash, completely dishonest.

Bad communication, had a major problem with our property but they were unsure on how to resolve this problem between landlord and tenant.
What do landlords pay the monthly charges for EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

They do not care about the tenants at all. I have been informing them over a month that i have water coming from the flat upstairs and there is mould growing from it. And i have no hot water yet i am still waiting for someone to comeand fix it. Just ridiculous.

I only called them to make an enquiry, don't think I will bother doing any business with them though as their attitude and phone manor is terrible. I spoke to Kay.

Arim and Chris at Amax have been excellent at supporting me through all the stages of my property business. They have a very professional approach and they are always there when needed. Would I use them again? Definitely yes.

On this occasion I thought I would due to 100% satisfaction for Amax's outstanding service and professionalism.

I am a landlord, and was looking for a good reliable tenant, thought about advertising myself, but decided to try Amax Lettings for extra safety and security, as they were previously acting as my Management Company.

I was put onto 'Arim', who met me at the property, and advised me what rent to charge, then went away confident that she could find me a suitable tenant.

Within the first 2 weeks, she had found 4 or 5. I explained to her exactly what I wanted, then relied on her judgement to find the ideal tenant in which I feel she did.

She kept in close contact with me at all times and didn't just advise me of the first one that came along, but put a lot of work into it.
