Prime or not to Prime...
According to the unhelpful lady in the contact centre, Prime one day deliveries are not guaranteed as one day deliveries, it depends on whether Amazon can get the item in time to the carrier. This also applies if you have been promised a date at checkout. This can change and you will not be offered any rebate.
For those of you that pay the now exorbitant price for Prime, question whether it is actually worth it. Especially as products that are listed as prime deliveries are usually marked up 5-10% on those that can be ordered from other vendors on Amazon.
It appears that Amazon believe in keeping to T&C's offered at point of sale as much as they believe in paying corporation tax!

Would not recomend to work there for a long period. Worked there as a picker, tried really hard to do my best, but no one gave a damn. Targets are very hard to reach, and no one actually knows on what it depends. Completely madhouse..

Horrendous place to delivery to. Inexplicable for a company that tries to be one of the most technologically advanced in the world. I'm going to order something from Amazon just so that I can keep their delivery driver on my doorstep for 3 hours while I dither about whether I'll take delivery or not.

The people are lovely , when you get two seconds to talk.

My first work experience abroad was spent here in summer. Shifts are flexible, experience to get here is worth that.

A great example of sleevery.
The worst place you can work. They treat people like sleeves specially when doing picking.
I work there. For 5 months worst time ever. Not even recommended to work. The managers team treat employees like sleeves.
The worst people are on pick desk managers.

Absolutely tragic place to be unloaded. Came at 18:15 and still wait for being emty at 20:50. Ridiculous
