Early-stage investor and ongoing business development, financial and project management partner to public and private companies, and HNWI's. • Pre-money legal and financial reviews and due diligence, including business planning, financial modelling and legal structuring. Input into the investment go /no-go decision. • Post-money ongoing financial management and commercialisation support. • Project, general and financial management most recently in Energy E& P, power generation, technology and research. • Legal structuring, execution and implementation of joint venture's (farm-ins & JOA's), acquisitions, IPO's, restructurings and disposals. • Co-ordination of successful bids for exploration and production licenses. Ongoing license and JOA management and reporting. • Day-to-day management of financial and management reporting, tax, company secretarial, commercial and operational aspects for multi-jurisdictional groups (>20 companies in 12 countries). • General management functions, including planning and environmental permitting, lease negotiations, corporate governance, HSE management, etc. • Tender & contract management of service companies, incl. engineering suppliers and contractors. Overall responsibility for project finance and forecasting, including scenario modelling, tax planning and insurance coverage.
