Amboora is a Moroccan food company with a mission to dispel myths about Moroccan cuisine, encourage people to celebrate Moroccan cultures and traditions but most of all, bring great authentically Moroccan ingredients and foods to the dinner tables and kitchen worktops of the UK. Nadia the founder is half Moroccan, half Tunisian and born in London, and would love to educate and inspire the UK about what Morocco has to offer.
