We are delighted to announce that our Bath'ums was the first beer to sell out at the Stratford beer festival at weekend out of 70 beers.

Ambridge Brewery joins Sierra Nevada to support Camp Fire Victims . On Nov. 27, we will be brewing Resilience IPA in partnership with many breweries across America. After a busy week at the brewery I would like to reflect on the week just gone. On Monday morning I received a phone call from Chris Wilson at the The Hop Pole, Droitwich . Chris said he had an idea, so I rushed straight to him. Upon seeing Chris he told me that he would really like to create a beer to raise money for the Thomas Jones memorial. I thought it was a great idea!! I got straight to work contacting Tristan Harris, Editor of the Redditch/Droitwich/Bromsgrove Standar...d. Chris also contacted the Worcester news, so on Wednesday it was confirmed that two photographers from the paper would come to take our photos. I thought it would be a good idea to invite my daughter Ellie (9) to join us. It went great!
Later on Wednesday whilst delivering I pulled my back out, I knew we had a tight deadline for brewing this beer and didn’t want to let anyone down. Luckily for me I turned to my wife Kimberley who is a fully trained sports therapist. After a lot of work on my back and a lot of pain I was stuck back together. Thursday was brew day and after a lot of anticipation I got to work. After 10 hours in the brewery my work was done. By the end of the brew I could hardly move.
The beer which we have brewed is a special 4.2% pale ale brewed with Mosaic, Cenntenial and Ella hops. Thanks to Steve The shovel inn (lye) with the hop selection as he has now served 1000 different real ales.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported us with this beer and purchasing a cask.

John & Chris Wilson (Hop Pole Droitwich) got together this morning and decided to brew a beer in Memory of Thomas Jones. A 15p charge will be added to the bill of a cask of beer which will make the cost £81 a barrel which will be donated by Ambridge Brewery to the just giving fund raising page.
