At AME Training we are dedicated to helping develop and unleash the potential of junior client-facing teams to help build long-lasting, successful client relationships. To build something truly great you can't have weak foundations. So frequently, employees start new client-facing roles without the often-overlooked but fundamental skills equipped to effectively manage professional relationships. This often leads to additional stress and pressure for the employee and frustration from the client, which can result in a fractured relationship, loss in trust and, in the worst-case scenario, a loss in business. We help to solve this issue by training teams in the essential skills required to navigate building a true client partnership. All of these skills loop together to create the foundations of a continuous learning cycle to develop truly excellent account management skills. This is achieved using a 6 step programme including; an initial 1: 1 consultancy with your business to determine and unpick any problems unique to your teams, surveys to employees so they can score their confidence in certain areas, an interactive in person /virtual training session, a personal practice log for each individual to track their progress with their line managers and, finally, follow up surveys to show progression and areas that need more focus. Upon completion of the course, employees will receive a certificate recognising their developed skillset.
