I am looking for two highly trained, self-motivated and confident assistant managers who are able to lead a team of therapists. Our spas are for ladies only and we offer the highest quality treatments within a 5-star environment. As an individual, you should either have at least 2 years experience of working as a senior therapist or one year as an assistant manager. Equally, you may have worked in a spa en...vironment in a supervisory role. It would be advantageous if you're a fully qualified therapist but not essential. These roles will involve training, motivating and leading a team. You will have responsibility for the financial success of your site and for this we offer a competitive bonus and commission package.
