Tash, this am showing how, I think it’s called twisted root abs is done. Abs are a‘core’ part of the Forrest yoga practise. It gets working really down low in your tummy. Three wisteria trees planted yesterday at the front of Amethyst Studio. Will look forward to seeing their progress. Progress for me is something I try to achieve in a part of every day. Certainly over the last nearly two years of the studio being open my progress with my yoga has been a noticeable one for me.
