£200 worth of food and drinks for 12 people, service excellent, food outstanding, cooked as ordered and nicely presented, staff friendly and helpful we were well catered for and although busy, we were not kept waiting longer than usual been many times before and we be going back often.

Visited yesterday has was down Tamworth area, went in my with my little boy and partner felt welcoming and food was hot and delicious. Will defiantly be going back.

Visited lunchtime. Given a choice of seating as it was pretty quiet. Nacho starter to share, it was huge!! Mains we had chicken burger, beef burger and a gammon steak, arrived quickly and was great. Had bad visits in the past but give a 10/10 for this one. Lady who served us very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

Visited here yesterday and the food was exceptional !! Great value for money and staff were really friendly ;) my hubby succeeded in the burger challenge ;) little one ate most her food which is a first !!! And my burger was probably one of the best Iv tasted in a long time !!! Well worth the drive out from Birmingham and will definitely be visiting again ;) overall great atmosphere and lovely food :)

Been a couple of times before yesterday. And once again the food was lovely at a very reasonable price. Staff were pleasent and attentitive to our needs.

Another great meal, steak was perfect, lots of food for absolutely amazing value. The carling went down a treat on these hot summer evenings. The staff are great, polite and helpful. Well done all can't fault you at all.

We eat here a lot but have noticed that one of the chiefs doesn't know how to cook steak. Was in the pub on Thursday and asked for medium steak for both of us. They arrived and when we cut into them they were rare to the point that blood was still coming out. It took awhile to get a staff member as no one was at the bar and no waiting staff around. When we got a waiter to take the steaks back they were very pleasant and helpful. They were returned and yes they no longer had blood seeping out but in my opinion they were still more rare than medium. We gave up at this point and as we came prepared we took the steaks home for the dogs. We had mixed grills and the rest of the meat was fantastic the staff are always friendly and I love the place but recently have got to say that the quality of the steaks and the chefs that cook them is a bit hit or miss recently.

Service was good but the food was just average, fries were nice but the burger was nothing special and coleslaw was out of a tub not made onsite.

I hate to be negative but in the form of constructive criticism. The refurbishment is lovely but I was surprised and gutted for the children to have a huge outdoor space but no playground equipment. I do hope when the weather improves that changes! In terms of the meals never have I had a burger bun so toasted it’s hard to bite into & when I succeeded it just turned to crumbs. I felt like a child making a big mess on my plate!🙈So I wouldn’t try a burger again but I would revisit and try other options. Nice restaurant, good location for my family & I and it was a nice place to catch up with a best friend x

Very disappointed! Went with the kids, a group of friends and took dog as she is a puppy and thought it would be good to socialise her. Staff were very rude came out shouted over to keep my dog on a lead! She was never off it. Ordered food but no cutlery when my friend asked for it I was at the bar and I witnessed the bar staff moan about her asking for it. The kids meals were very small (one had 6 chips!) the men on the next table had meals from the local chip shop so we got the kids a bag of chips as they were still hungry but the staff came out and said we had to leave but the men on the next table were ok to eat there take out. So the kids took their chips and sat on the pathway by the carpark after that 3 members of staff kept coming out to us, shame they didn't collect the glasses while they were lingering! Between us we spent £100 and came away hungry and a bit annoyed.

Two of the four meals sent back. Replacement which contain half of original meal and half new, wasn’t much better. Even the peppercorn sauce had to be replaced as had been over cooked and was off. Dry steak. Frozen chicken that had been cooked and left sitting. Dry peas and mushrooms and even the chips looked like it they were pre cooked and left sitting.

Today for the first time myself and husband went for our meal at the flaming grill never again cold food that was burnt steak that was all fat and grizzly worst meal out ever shouldn’t be allowed to serve such disgusting food let alone charge you for it

I'll start off by saying that FairPlay to the staff they refunded us for the food and we're golden so no gripe there at all but....



Food was shocking, ordered a ribeye steak that was pretty much gristle and another steak that was overcooked, chips were greasy, burgers were bland and coldslaw tasted cheap.



Wouldn't recommend the food but the pub is a nice looking place for a pint �

Went last night for food for my partners birthday , 3 adults and 1 child ordered two of the surf and turfs , ribeye steak and a mac and cheese and a side of onion rings. Didn't wait very long for the food to come out this was around 8.30 so suppose had missed the rush , surf and turf came out first the chicken was stone cold !! Had to tell the girl behind the bar she came took them back to the kitchen, 15 min later after I had eaten my meal and the child had eaten his the waitress a Asian lady came to do a check back told her had to send back to meals to which she didn't know and would check if was ready ! Massive lack of communication between front of house and kitchen !! Meals come back to the table chicken was hotter but now chips cold as it was getting late we ate and left, when the lady came to take plates she asked how the meals was told her they were awful our reply was hopefully next time you come they will be better !! Terrible customer service won't be coming back shame as it's had the refurb staff and the food clearly letting it down

We have been a few times always bad thought we would give the benefit of the doubt due to refurd big mistake....uncooked chicken cold nachos and the longest wait on main meals .....every table served before us in fact leaving as finished meals ....so dicided not to have main meals ....manager very apologetic but only took off price of meals we did not have no competition for our long wait on food will never never eat here again Corey's is a much better place to go will not make the same mistake again ended up leaving and going the chippie opposite much better choice !!!!!

Terrible, thought we would give it another go after latest refurb, as gave up going before due to waiting hours for food, nothings changed went in at 6.30pm left at 9pm. Wasn’t particularly busy apart from one big table of people for a birthday, took me 20 mins to order a drink, then sat down and looked at menu. Dont know why it’s called a flaming grill? Largest steak was 10 ounces�. So wife and son had hunters chicken and i had 2 x 8 ouncerump steaks medium to well with bacon, cheese bbq sauce topping. Theres an offer on Fridays with steak ‘order any steak get a free pint’ so ordered my steaks but got told offer not on with rump steak! Really!!!

Sat back down and bar girl came over and said oh btw forgot to say theres an half hr to 45 min wait on food because of the big table of people. Ok we said, hour later food still not out!

Eventually food comes out topping on steaks was practically non existent and my one steak was still alive, blood oozing out. So it got taken back, came back out on a normal plate no skillet, minus any topping at all �.

Then my lad wanted a pudding so chose the chocotastic sundae, description was vanilla and chocolate ice cream with wafers, loads of chocolate pieces, chocolate sauce etc and it was £4.49. So was expecting something good at that price.

Again waited and waited, 40 mins later i said to bar girl can she check on it, got told 2 mins.

Eventually it came out and all i can say is what a rip off!

1 scoop of vanilla, 1 chocolate, tiniest bit of chocolate and 2 tiny wafters. Was shocking. Whole experience was shocking. Avoid! Oh and total cost came to £44 ��� was only 3 of us.

Food took ages although was not many in there, steak medium was well done, looked like it had sat there all day then microwaved as was all that hot you couldn't eat it.

Hubbies rare mixed grill was worse nothing fresh over cooked and massacred.

Won't be going again overpriced rubbish.

Although we regularly use the Burton branch always great service and fresh food cooked how its ordered.

Been here before not had to many problems, but today I was really annoyed, ordered lasagne for myself and a challenge meal for my husband, my husbands was fine. Mine on the other hand was burnt so had it changed then was bought out another and it was stone cold in the middle again returned it. Was given my money back but I still complained as waited over an hour for food and I ordered chips to go with it which I didn't eat as was annoyed. The fact that I sent it back twice and they still didn't cook it was ridiculous. �� I was given my money back for my meal and our drinks in the end. which is fine. Was more annoyed, was ment to be a nice meal with the hubby and I left with out eating and he bought his home to as after all this we wasn't in the mood � won't be going back here in a hurry �

Avoid, the place is disgusting!!

Everything that was ordered was completely wrong, mixed our orders up, Steak was full of fat and the chicken was gooey� never going back!!
