I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment to you to explore and work through your issues. making major decisions in your personal or professional life, dealing with major upheaval at home or at work, facing transition or crossroads in your life, handling crises in relationships, dealing with stress and other pressures, resolving fears, panics and anxieties, coping with continuing family problems, working through difficult decisions, breaking through physical pain, depression and sadness.

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups experiencing anxiety, phobias, stress, addictions, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, meaninglessness, death anxiety, bereavement, grief, low confidence, bullying, self harm, relationship issues, family issues, work related stress, career development and deliver workshops.

The services i would offer: Humanistic Therapies (Person-Centred, Gestalt). This focus more on the here and now encouraging development and potential in order to live an authentic and meaningful life. Psychoanalytical Psychodynamic Therapies, which explores and focuses on non constructive patterns which are repeated in people's lives, relationship patterns, experiences which have evolved from childhood and generally one's past and looking into how these might have influenced present life and the way people understand the world. Cognitive Behavioural Therapies which focuses on how thoughts influences the way we feel and ultimately respond to our worries /relationships and life in general.
