Purchased a special edition Tag on line. All pre delivery dealings by email and telephone were dealt with in an excellent manner and nothing was too much trouble.

Decided to collect the watch in person and all staff present were very polite and courteous.

I've just bought my second watch from AMJ, very pleasant experience. A slight breakdown in communication at the start with regard to extra links being required but not supplied. The extra links were posted out to me. Very happy with the customer service. Thanks again for your prompt response and a quick resolution to a minor glitch.

I've been looking for an Oris Aquis Date but in Green for some time but I could never find it in any typical High Street Jewellers. Always finding it in black to be readily available. I Found AMJ online and after some research as to who they are, it became quite apparent that they're a serious outlet of fine and luxury watches - (If you have any reserves, look them up on Trust Pilot) - I started off with Tag Heuers some years ago but as time has gone on, I've drifted away and found value, design and class in other Swiss watches and Seikos. I also purchased a Longines Conquest Heritage (of which I'm very grateful for the box that they put it in for protection - Extremely grateful to Andrew). Their selection is just beautiful! Among their selections of new watches such as Oris, Tissot, Grand Seiko, Rolex, Breitling (Superoceans are gorgeous), Bell & Ross and so on, they have a pre-owned selection of brands and my God, there are some gems there - Omega, Panerai (Luminor and Radiomir), Longines, Grand Seiko and so on. I've only just bought two watches so will wait a few months or so and then I'm coming back to these guys - Breitling Superocean is a gem for me, which without doubt I'll buy through here alongside the Tissot Visodate (underrated, beautiful gem).

To sum these guys up - Their selection is astounding (from mid to the very high range), the customer service is flawless and with my experience they went a step further - they're clearly trustworthy and around on the other end of the phone every time advice is needed. You can have a watch delivered the next day if need be! I most definitely recommend AMJ to anyone considering a watch of any range. They've definitely found a new customer in me. Extremely happy and will return to immerse myself in to their catalogue of beautiful timepieces again! Thank you AMJ!

I've been choosing the watch I've wanted for 2 years now finally made up my mind and brought the one I wanted amj delivered it promptly . The only problem I've got is it want to buy more

I have bought 2 watches from AMJ and am in the process of buying a third (awaiting delivery) I have found their customer service to be responsive and only when required. In respect of their communication it is first rate e.g. my latest watch is a LE ordered months ago - yesterday an email announced the watches had arrived from Switzerland and would be despatched soon with tracking. Excellent retailer with ppl with a wealth of knowledge not just box shifters. quality!

They will go out of their way to get you what you want and offer you the best prices available at that time, on my latest purchase, I agreed the price but due to an extra week or two for it to be back in stock I was then further discounted by AMJ the updated £300 cheaper price which I wasn't even aware of, that is the mark of trust I am pleased to say they've put in me of them. I won't shop anywhere else for my watches and the fact I say that from a company I only know online is quite a testament to them.



Looking forward to when I can purchase my next watch.

AMJ isn’t all about watches, I took my diamond and white gold engagement ring for a clean and re rhodium. Wow it looks amazing and to be fair it looked good before it went in, but when it came out, it’s like a new ring - sparkles like the sun! Very reasonable price. They also polished the face of my fiancé’s omega moon watch and gave it a general clean. Again it looks like new, all scratches polished out of the clasp. £55 for both, absolutely brilliant value for money. I would not go anywhere else (and we are happy to travel from Retford). Excellent customer service too.

AMJ have been the go-to retailer for my Breitling purchases, starting way back when I bought my first Aerospace after a visit to their retail Marquee at Fairford (or it may have been Farnborough, it was that long ago).



Most recently they were of immense help in obtaining a mesh bracelet strap for my Super Avenger Military which is a black DLC case and originally came with a canvas strap. Breitling said NO, couldn’t be done on that watch, AMJ went out of their way to check it all out and order one in for me.



Nothing is too much trouble, and would recommend AMJ over any other retailers.
