Following our contact in December with Derek Thomas MP and a further meeting between Ian Tyldesley and Michelle Williams Tyldesley with Derek at his offices on Friday, we are happy to announce that the proposal for banning all sandeel fishing has been removed from the UK Fisheries Bill and this has been confirmed in writing to us by George Eustice MP Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Thank you to Derek Thomas MP and Keith Gale for all your help with this. Back to business as usual! 🎣🐟🎣🐟😁

Happy New Year to all our customers! It's been a very busy start to the new year for us and this new year brings new challenges with it. An amendment has been proposed to the UK Fisheries Bill which would ban all fishing for sandeels. We are working with our MP and the Anglers Trust to make sure this does not go through.
We will keep you updated on the situation but please give us your support so we can continue to do what we do best for you!
