We're back open again after our week off and we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to Summer Bash 2018 to support our students! It was a fantastic night and we saw some utterly brilliant performances from both beginner and advance students of all ages. Thanks to Diamond Doncaster for hosting our event, we couldn't have asked for a better stage for our students to perform at a real gig. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!
We're currently gathering our pictures together and we'll get to posting them as soon as we can. If you got any pictures or videos on the night please upload them and tag us - we'd love to see them!

And here it is! Summer Bash 2018! We're really looking forward to seeing all our performers get up on stage tonight - many for the first ever time! 😃
Solo performers will need to arrive at 6pm. Band members need to be there at 5:30pm. Performances begin at 7:15pm.
We're off to get setup, so we'll see you all tonight for the big show!

It's our summer holiday next week! Amped Up will be closed Monday 23rd July - Sunday 29th July.
All students will miss one lesson during the above dates. We're back open again for the rest of the school holidays from the 30th of July. We look forward to seeing you then!

7:15pm on Monday the 23rd of July is Summer Bash 2018.
Summer Bash is an opportunity for students to perform a song live on stage at a real performance venue. It’s an opportunity to show off their skills and find out what it’s like to do their thing in front of a real audience of 150 people. It’s an opportunity for an unforgettable experience!
We have a whole host of students performing, from beginners as young as 7, to older students who’ve been learning with us for nearly 2... years, along with our junior and adult student bands, Blank Canvas and Push on 7!
Anyone and everyone is welcome, whether you know someone performing, or you’d simply like to come down and see what it’s all about. Maybe you’d like to perform at our next show? Now’s the time to find out more!
Tickets will be on sale at the academy until Saturday. They’ll also be available on the door (however there’s a limited supply for tickets that haven’t been reserved).
We’re really excited to see all our performers smash their songs on Monday! We hope to see you there!

This is Morgan. She's currently doing work experience with us, but she's also an Amped Up student and a talented guitarist in her own right! If any students would like to come in and take a guitar lesson with Morgan, as part of her work experience, we are offering the opportunity free of charge until the end of the week!

We found the welcome to the academy warm and welcoming. My son who is only 7 can have low confidence but The 1 -1 lesson was brilliant and he was engaged throughout chatting confidently to his patient drumming instructor. The downside is now I am having regular requests for a drum set!
