An update from us here at the clinic regarding Coronavirus.
The Physiotherapy Clinic is carefully monitoring Public Health England & GOV.UK websites for the latest advice & information on the Coronavirus.
Many people at this time of the year have normal colds & bugs & we think that while it's important to keep a perspective, we, as care providers have to be very vigilant to protect our patients, many of them whom have concurrent health problems & also the staff here at the c...linic.
The clinic is recommending that you should not attend for physiotherapy treatment if you are suffering with a cold or flu like symptoms, even if they are mild. We would ask you to contact the clinic if you have any doubts at all as to whether you should attend a scheduled appointment with us.
Thank you for your support & understanding during this difficult time.

Keep yourself fit & healthy!
Physiotherapists recommend 30 minutes of exercise at a moderate intensity, five times a week. If you are struggling to fit physical activity into your day here are some great tips:
Walking: take a brisk walk for as long as you can – 30 minutes is a good target to work towards.
... At work: take the stairs instead of the lift and do some desk-based stretches and exercises
Housework: turn chores into a workout by speeding them up or being more energetic
By taking regular exercise, you will gain enormous benefits for your overall health, now and in the future!
