Phil has just upgraded my 2012 iMac from 8gb to 16gb Memory in less than 2 hours! To say i'm impressed is an understatement. From an initial phone call last week i was immediately impressed with his help and advice as well as being an all round nice guy who goes the extra mile. If you are in the Merseyside area in particular,this is where you must go for all things Mac and it won't destroy your pockets either. Highly recommended. Thanks Phil.

My MacBook Pro wouldn't load and displayed a 'No Entry' sign. I booked a appointment on the website to see Phil on a late Sunday evening for next day early Monday morning. Phil found the problem was a burn't out hard drive wire and saved all the data. He replaced it and cleaned the inside, screen, keyboard and fan as well in under two hours. This is the second time he has fixed and saved my laptop as its 'too old' for the Apple store to help. Excellent service in safe hands. Thank you Phil.

Great service, problem identified... replaced HD next day... loaned me a battery until replacement arrived. Phil kept me working and earning... no Apple Genius appointment for two weeks then potential 5 working days plus without laptop.

Highly recommended, especially if your Apple product is a work tool not a toy ;-)

Fab quick efficient service. New board fitted and laptop up working perfectly in less than 48 hours , I couldn't even get an appt. To look at the machine in L 1 Apple store within the next 7 days!!! A no brainier not to use Phil and Jim. Easy to park there and very professional service. Thank you both so much.

Brilliant and faultless experience. Took computer into Phil at 10am this morning. He rang me less than 2 hours later, as promised, with a diagnosis (failed hard drive) and two options for repair. We collected the computer at 4pm after Phil had installed a new ssd hard drive and operating system. He sat with us, explained what he had done and gave us further advice and tips. A really lovely and clearly knowledgeable guy. I will certainly be recommending him to family and friends. Thank you, Phil.
