AMS Planning has an extremely high success rate for our clients at 94% and comprises an established team of Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Architects and other complimentary disciplines. The team's experience varies from site analysis, promotion, preparation and submission of planning applications, to the research and preparation of viability and socio-economic assessments. Using the latest technology, including Geographical Information Systems (GIS), we are able to present work in a creative, efficient and cost-effective manner.
