So yesterday I took part in a 5K run, followed by a 5K mudrun and bloody loved it! To say this year has been difficult healthwise is an understatement - I've been struggling with severe abdominal pain since February which they 'think' may be caused by my gallstones. I've also recently been diagnosed as having a genetic colon cancer syndrome which has been incredibly difficult to come to terms with, but I have a wonderful team who keep removing my growths and are closely monitoring me. This December I will be celebrating a whole FIVE years since beating cervical cancer....WOW!
