I am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, specialising in hatha and vinyasa flow. My style is dynamic however I always make sure that every level is catered for. I aim to help people improve their strength, flexibility and overall fitness, whilst never loosing sight of the spiritual and philosophical history of this ancient tradition.
