**Rats**

1. I do not Adopt out single rats (unless they are going to someone with the same age rats)

2. I do not Adopt out opposite sex rat pairs (unless they are going to an experienced breeder, who I may personally know)

3. I will not Adopt out rats to anyone under the age of 16 (unless an adult is involved)

4. If you are unable to care for the rats you adopted from Amy's Rattery and Mini Lops for any reason at all then please get in contact with me and I will take them back, I will re-adopt them out to someone else (I can't keep them all)

5. I can not refund anything back for returnee rats or deposits anyone has made, all the money I make from my rats goes straight into my rats care, food, bedding etc. . . .

6. Anyone who is wanting rats will sometimes have to wait around 2 months for them, but you will be on the waiting list (this will give you time to get their suitable cages, bedding and food) it will also be good to get to know your rat breeder who runs Amy's Rattery and Mini Lops

7. Anyone is welcome to come visit Amy's Rattery and Mini Lops whether you're wanting to adopt rats or just to take a visit while you are in town.

8. If anyone has adopted my rats and you have some health concerns please send Amy's Rattery and Mini Lops a message (not that I am expecting anything)

9. No need to fill out any application forms, I would prefer to speak to you online and in person, least that way we get to know each other better and to make sure rats are suitable for you and that you have their correct cages, food, and bedding.

All my rats are in huge suitable cages, plenty of space, toys for enrichment, on my own mixed diet, my rats get cleaned out every 3-4 days, they are fed daily, and water changed daily, my rats are handled daily, and baby rats are handled from day one to ensure they are well socialized, if you wish to pop over for a chat and see my rats you are more than welcome to just send me a message and let me know when you are free.

Rats are excellent pets for anyone, they are intelligent, and loving, they are good at learning tricks, rats are basically like mini dogs, they are very sociable animals and can live together in pairs or more, rats should never be kept on their own, no matter how much human interaction they get!
