Went on a wed eve with wife and daughter. Great staff and great food. Lovely variety and enjoyed it immensely. Then got the staff to bag up what we had left so we could take it with us. Highly recommend.

We are on a short break in a caravan park nearby, so not used restaurant before. Had a takeaway, met the owner who told us he would best any Midlands takeaway! Wow, he was right! Absolutely gorgeous food! Even the garlic fired rice was superior! Prawn tikka masala was perfect ... would definitely return! 🙏

Tried this last night for the first time. Fab food, great service and wonderful surroundings. We all really enjoyed the evening and the innovative menu. We will definitely book again when in the area. Highly recommended!

To try and compare this Indian restaurant to any other would be like trying to compare a top class London restaurant to a side street cafe! The decor is out of this world with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail second to none. The staff are friendly, polite, courteous and attentive. Always available if needed but never hovering. As for the food, well that has to be tasted to be believed. In addition to the ‘standard’ dishes that most would expect to find there is also a selection of house specialities that will satisfy the most demanding of palettes!! Well worth the trip from Loughborough. First visit but definitely not the last!!������

Stay at Calwich under canvas and was recommended to try Anayas by Sarah as they deliver straight to your yurt. So on our last night (yesterday) we placed an order and we were not disappointed. The meal arrived and it was piping hot and the food was to die for. We had a starter , rice , curry and nan bread and they were all very flavoursome. It was by far the best indian meal we have had. I would highly recommend this restaurant/takeaway and have also recommended yourselves on the review i left on Calwich under canvas.

On holiday in the area and we had a take out from Anayas this evening. The food was amazing and brilliant value. The guy who owned it was great to chat to when we were waiting and even gave us a couple of beers �. The restaurant looked the part and we are trying to plan going there for a meal before we leave. Perfect!

Lovely, fresh and tasty food - which was superbly presented. Restaurant was half full on a Wednesday night too, which speaks volumes. They just need to open up a Liverpool branch now.

Lovely restaurant, the food was amazing, staff were all very attentive and friendly and the decor is very tasteful. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Ashbourne!!!

Genuinely the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and great attention to detail with both the surroundings and the food. Really happy to be living locally to such an outstanding restaurant.

Excellent . My husband and I go there regularly. We are always treated well and the owner is always warm and welcoming and gets to know his customers. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is amazing.

Eaten here many times great service every time, the menu isn't the normal dull fare some really good options for the more adventurous diners out there and the classics you expect all present and very well done. It's not the cheapest option in town but you get what you pay for and the difference really is only a couple of quid. Excellent food as always tonight see you again soon.

Anniversary meal last night. As always excellent service and yet again another wonderful meal. Have to say it's now our favourite Curry House. Here's to next time.

Anaya Restaurant never fails to amazing me, the food is fantastic and an amazing depth of flavour! The whole experience is first class, the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend it to anyone!

After being told we did not have a reservation even though we had confirmation we were eventually taken to our seats.great menu.I had one of anayas speciality but when my husbands order came it was not correct.they did apologise and offered a free pint.all in all lovely restaurant quite noisy on a Saturday night not sure they should have a conjurer though??

Food good. Service awful, couldn't even get drink order right. Annoyed to be told we could not have the popadoms & pickles whilst looking over the menu. Apparently they don't like you doing this!!! Weird in my opinion. Will stick with Divine in Uttoxeter in future for an all round good night out.

It was one of my worst experience ever, the food was ok. However the owner/manager was so rude when we requested serviettes. Customer service doesn't even exist in that restaurant. Don't bother going there if you want a good atmosphere and good experience of an evening out leave that place alone.
