I’m a hairstylist myself who moved to London from the United States. They’ve got wonderful customer service. The shop itself has this cool and warm ambience. The good looking receptionist is always cordial. They all seem like good people. I went in after a bad experience with a difference salon and although he wouldn’t take me, I was happy with just being told the truth to wait a while longer after having a baby. I’ve been in there 5 times, never got my hair done but left happy regardless- crazy. They know what they’re doing and I love them. They’re the whole package.
Great hairdressers. Always friendly and my hair feels good everytime. They have products that they sell also. They have good availability something which I am happy about as I can't stand places when you can't even get an appointment.

Professional and warm salon. Nothing is ever too much and more importantly the hair is always amazing. I highly recommend and if you have time to spare check out VIP Rooms which is housed in this salon for beauty treatments.
What can I say? I'm someone that constantly experiments with colour at home and I put my hair through hell. Twice I've gotten to the point of having a zillion shades of dark in my hair and I suddenly want to go blonde.
I walked in thinking I'd be turned away (it happened everywhere else I tried) but André said he could help me - despite my frail disaster of mop. The results were BEYOND anything I'd hoped for. The colour was stunning and my hair felt healthy. Me being me, after a few months I put a million more colours in, and after trying to remove them was left with black patches all over. I have just left the salon with the most BEAUTIFUL rose gold hair you've ever seen. I feel like a hair model and I owe it all to André. He's like a colour messiah. Not only a wonderfully comfortable salon, but fantastically warm staff. The experience from start to finish is 5 star and I can't recommend them enough. I will NOT let anyone else touch my hair. I have had two Dermalogica facials with Cat at Andre Pierre and am very impressed. My face felt amazing afterwards and looks so much better. Cat is lovely and professional. I am so pleased I have found her and am already looking forward to my next appointment!
A nice warm welcome by staff,I also left with a fantastic hairdo .I felt pampered and it was a lovely experience..

Absolutely would recommend this salon. I have had various hair treatments over the years from this talented team headed by Andre. From weave installation, relaxers to platinum colouring and in all cases the treatments have always been delivered with the utmost care, professionalism and expertise without being intimidating. I now live in Hong Kong and when I come home to London to visit, this is always the first place I visit.
