Andraste Group Ltd. (Andraste) is a start-up space tech company specialising in Space Sustainability. The company is aiming to provide a novel solution to the growing problems with debris in space especially in LEO (Low Earth Orbit). The company is UK based and will operate where possible in the UK. Andraste's main commercial operation is orbital servicing providing a platform to extend the life of satellites beyond their mission end date. It will also provide active debris removal solutions in two tiers. A service targeting smaller debris (<1m) in orbit which could pose risks to current and future space operations. A secondary asset recovery service will actively target defunct satellites, capturing them and safely transporting them to a hub unit. This unit will deorbit with a view to safely retain the history associated with the asset, and allow it to be displayed or IP (Intellectual Property) protected whilst maintaining the primary goal of Andraste, making LEO safe. As a group company, Andraste is looking to expand its operations and become a key player in the Space Economy further cementing the UKs place in the Space-Tech market.
