I have recently bought a house through Andrew Cowens, I feel they kept me informed of progress throughout unlike my solicitor and estate agent even when everything fell through for a month.
When I went to collect the keys I was presented with a card and bottle of wine which I felt was a nice touch

I've rented a property through Andrew Cowen estate agents for nearly two years now.. I have always found the staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend ☺

Been renting from Andrew Cowen for over a year now. Really impressed by the standard of service I received as my situation at the time (living 80+ miles away) meant the majority of correspondence was via phone and e-mail. Jo showed my family members the property and we sorted everything out whilst being miles apart which the ladies in the office (Lea and another Jo at the time) made very easy for me, I felt completely looked after and really appreciated the extra week they held the property for me. Everything was great, highly recommend the lettings team, wouldn't use anyone else.

Amazing staff, very lovely, always make you smile! Go above and beyond their job to help out, I would never rent or sell through any other agents - best in Scarborough.

Rented a property for nearly 2 years no problems always promt in dealing with issues...

I rented from this company for 1 year. Lea and the team where always there when I needed them. Whether I had a problem with the property, or when I started to struggle with my rent they quickly solved and dealt with the issues in a professional manner. If you ever have any doubts about renting with this company I can assure you that they are unjustified. Well done Andrew Cowen thank you for a smooth and excellent tenancy. Do you want to sell houses or do you just want to mess people about?! Don't waste your time with this company. There's far many better estate agents in Scarborough.

Look elsewhere, unless you want the house you are trying to buy to magically increase in price. Greedy agents just wanting higher commission. Avoid!!!

Absolutely shocking behaviour! Sold a house vendor had agreed verbally to the sale and an email was sent confirming the sale. Then because the buyer was with an Online estate agent YOU go behind the vendors & buyers back and sell the house again (which was already sold) for a higher offer without the vendor knowing! Then you call the expected buyer out of the blue saying "sorry we've had a higher offer' .. how is that possible the house was already sold... then the question was asked 'abut the buyer 'does the vendor know?' Your response 'no'

Can't handle the online competition of such GREAT ESTATE agents like EMOOV , such snotty behaviour from your staff when they found out the buyer was with an online estate agent.. how their tone suddenly changed!

We will be coming in to see your Director and will be following this disgusting behaviour up! No wonder everyone is using online estate agents.
