So a goal of mine is to be able to do a 53 inch box jump. Though no there yet Iโve made progress this is a 42inch box with about 2inch of mats underneath.

Going from believing she couldnโt do it, to attempting for the first time : clean and jerks.
Starting with the 20kg short bar, breaking the move down and practicing each part separately to being able to complete the full move with proper form. Then progressing to a full length bar.
