So, on 11th February he will be Cycling from the Capital of Sierra Leone (Freetown) to the Oaks School (Bo Town) which is over 275k, he will be doing the challenge on hi...s own, with the exception of a small team around him supporting from a vehicle, he hopes to get the 275k completed in 2 days, he will be sleeping rough in the local villages that he cycles through.
The heat will be in its 30s constantly, day and night.
There will be regular video blogs throughout the route to keep you all posted, which will be done by Dave Bladon.
