Andy is Level 3 qualified in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach in addition to being a Level 4 Massage Practitioner registered with the Sports Massage Association.
Having completed his training Andy received the Student Achievement Award for his professionalism, depth and application of theoretical knowledge and caring approach to his work.
Andy adopts a flexible and client centred approach, tailoring training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and massage treatments and price plans around the individuals specific needs and goals.
