Fitness has been a big part of my life for a long time now. You can see from my pictures that maintaining a healthy balanced diet, alongside committing to a thoroughly enjoyable training routine has meant my body at 56 years old remains in top form. The knowledge I have acquired and lessons I have learnt over the many years I've been within the health and fitness industry establishes me as an expert, not only in terms of training but also with regards to maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet that is genuinely tasty. You can make your own opinions as to how I look, but what's more important to me is that in my opinion I look great, which in turn means i feel great!
