Picked up a takeaway, great food, good customer service, friendly staff.

Would defo recommend.

Had a really good night , again. Good to see Hamed and Waqas and all the new staff. We've been going to Annessa for 15 years and have always had good meals and friendly service. It was very busy again last night, but the quality was still there. Looking forward to the next time

Lovely food but let down by delivery times on the 3rd order which is a little disappointing. Waiting 1 1/2 hrs for a takeaway!

the food was nice, service was terrible, young inexperienced waitresses, that couldn't remember to bring you the simplest of things, hung out behind the counter rather than checking if people needed anything, a man stormed over to the counter and sharply said, can we have the bill please!

Twice I have ordered delivery. Twice it has taken over an hour, almost 2 hours to arrive, both times the order was wrong. One time the completely wrong order and one time stuff missing. Ring to complain. Rude staff on the phone who make it seem like I am inconveniencing them by ringing to get my ACTUAL order rather than someone else’s or half my order (that I’ve paid for). I get offered the choice of having the right order redelivered, but it will take up to an hour or I can have freebies next time. This made me laugh. Like there will be a next time, especially as I spent the next few days throwing up from the dodgy chicken. DO NOT GO HERE!

Took a hour and half for food come cold and small portions fish curry had about 5 pieces of fish in garlic rice had no garlic in food was freezing and tasteless never again will I order from here

So disappointed after eating a few lovley meals here over the years. To find that the the takeaway we received tonight was awful. The sauce on my starter was curdled, my main was like water, and my husband's was saucless and not very nice at all. £26 down the drain, after calling up to complain......No sorry, no customer service, just a bag of excuses. Won't be eating here again.

Just ordered from here and the food was disgusting � king prawn starter the sauce had curdled.. then the chicken Korma sauce was like water and chicken was bone dry. I called to complain but never a sorry kiss me arse or fuck all! Do not use it's horrendous!!!!! ��
