Today we were fortunate enough to attend an incredibly powerful Supplier Conference at The Salvation Army which focused on raising awareness about the great work The Salvation Army carries out in tackling Modern Slavery and supporting the victims exploited by this horrific crime.
We were shocked to learn that there have been Modern Slavery cases in every large town and city up and down the UK, and that often these victims are people hidden in plain sight among us.
This Friday... 18th October marks #AntiSlaveryDay which aims to raise awareness & open our eyes to those hidden in plain sight so that these crimes are reported and acted upon.
The conference really reminded us that we aren't just another Call Centre answering calls on a Client's behalf, but that with every donation our amazing team of Fundraisers take for The Salvation Army, we are helping them be there for the most vulnerable and victimised people in our society, enabling these people to take the first step on their road to recovery. What a special cause to be part of.

A few months ago Angel helped sponsor one of our teams' trip to Kenya, working with Camps International, on a month long expedition to see first hand some of the great work carried out by some of our clients and other charity partners, as well as supporting some of the communities and projects first hand.
Reuben Lodge said "This trip was made possible by Angel thanks to their generous sponsorship, allowing me to travel to Kenya and help people in need and visit some amazing p...rojects. Some photos of the Skylight Centre and Cafe which are services available from Crisis for those that are effected by homelessness.
Incredible to see first hand the all year round services they offer including: a range of performing arts activities, advice, offering support with a range of issues, helping with employment skills, qualifications and Crisis also provide opportunities to learn trades first hand to help with getting back into employment. This is a small snippet int...o some of the amazing services that are offered all year round.
Crisis also provide a range of additional pop up services over the Christmas period as well as what they are already offering all year around.
Crisis are working hard to end homelessness for good and we are so glad to say this is one of the many great causes we represent.

Angel requires call centre agents to work on a number of outgoing call campaigns for a variety of different commercial clients and charities.
Angel manages calls for a wide variety of commercial clients and donation calls for charities including The Salvation Army, Oxfam & WaterAid to name just a few.
... The right candidate will be able to work within a busy and competitive environment making outbound calls for a variety of different types of projects, specifically sales focused projects.
We are open until 10pm each day, 7 days a week but within this role you will be required to work day shifts. We can be flexible with specific days and hours of work; these discussions will take place following successful interviews.
